Professional Services Improvements (PSI)

Following the 'Be a Registrar for a Day' Workshops at the start of the year the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU) is collating all ideas and assessing what can be taken forward to change the way things are done, considering the impact (benefits) the change may have and the ease (time/cost/complexity) of making the change happen.

In order to keep staff informed we regularly update the PSI Initiatives tracker on the webpages and notify staff of the latest version through the weekly bulletin. We expect some ideas to be taken forward locally through teams, and others may need to be project managed. Read more at Professional Services Improvements.

Student Experience Tracker

The student experience tracker is a form for staff to log any emerging or 'live' issues that you or your team are aware of that may impact on the student experience. The responses are monitored daily by the SDU and are considered at the weekly meeting of Directors of College Operations. If you are experiencing an IT issue then this is to be logged through the IT helpdesk not through the tracker.
