Student Experience Tracker

The Student Experience Tracker is a form for staff to log any emerging or 'live' issues that you or your team are aware of that may impact on the student experience or are related to your teaching delivery on campus. Students are asked to report issues to a member of staff, rather than directly onto the Tracker. The responses are monitored, triaged and, where needed, actioned daily by the SDU and CIOSS. Student Experience issues are considered at the weekly meeting of Directors of College Operations, immediate issues related to teaching on campus will be actioned as soon as possible. Please note you may not receive a personal response depending on the nature of the issue.
