Treat yourself to a 15 minute massage from Sonia, one of Staff Life's regular providers for complementary therapies.

Sonia is a fully certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist (PG)  She has been working in the field of yoga teaching and yoga therapy for more than 10 years.  She is also a fully certified Somatic Movement Coach and Hot Stone Massage Therapist.  Sonia worked, studied and shared her experience with various teachers and therapist from UK, USA,  Holland, India and New-Zealand.  She has worked with NHS clients and community projects beneficiaries. Some of whom with severe health problems.  Sonia implements a holistic approach to health and well-being. She enjoys and  works passionately to share and promote good health for the person as a whole.

A needle free option is available and treatment lasts between 20 and 45 minutes.
The NADA protocol was initially developed to aid relaxation in addiction recovery, and has been
used in disaster zones to support trauma recovery. Because of the calming effect on the nervous
system it has proven to be beneficial in promoting general wellbeing.

Enjoy a 15 minute session of reflexology with Freya Grainger.

15 min slots between 11:30 - 14:30

 

Freya is a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists and qualified practitioner from the award winning Devon School of Reflexology. She qualified with an ABC Level 3 Diploma in April 2017 and has since worked with clients with a wide range of health conditions in private settings, either in treatment rooms or in people's homes. And more recently in a clinical environment at Hospiscare Devon on a palliative care ward.
