Rebecca Cunningham

I have been a Holistic Therapist since 2006 and working in collaboration with the University, delivering massage sessions, since 2009. I specialise in Swedish Massage, Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy Massage.

My sessions can be tailored to meet an individual’s requirements - whether you require an oasis of calm or a stress releasing therapy treatment at the end of a long day (or week!).

My routines have been developed to provide mental relaxation and to target body areas prone to stress and strain. If you spend a lot of time on your feet, behind a computer or give presentations, I’m sure I can develop a therapy routine to suit you.

With my passion to help raise awareness of the importance of posture, I currently teach University Staff Pilates classes at both St Lukes and Streatham. Please see StaffLife special interest groups for details and booking.

"I have been Rebecca's client for nearly a year now. As an academic who spends long hours in front of the computer, I suffer from severe shoulder and back problems. The massage sessions with Rebecca offer immense relief and have been vital as a tool for managing my shoulder pain. They are also a great stress-buster and I always come away feeling happier with the world!" Senior Lecturer

"Rebecca is a very skilled reflexologist - I initially went to see her just to relax but the treatment has also helped me with a particular health problem (as well as being relaxing!). She will tailor and personalise treatments to suit individual needs which is really helpful. She is also very friendly and down to earth. Being able to see a complementary therapist so close to my office saves me a lot of time, and costs less than seeing a therapist in other settings, so it's great that the University of Exeter facilitates access to this on campus."
