Festival of Discovery

Join us for the Festival of Discovery

Join us on one of our campuses for a fortnight of events with a wide range of opportunities for you to discover more about what your University and its community has to offer.

The Festival of Discovery will provide you with a chance to re-engage with your study through an academic programme of activities and we’ll be working closely with the Students' Guild and the Falmouth and Exeter Students’ Union to provide a variety of social events offering something for everyone.

24 May – 4 June 2021

Take part in experiential learning, hear from inspirational speakers, enhance your employability, find out about careers, learn more about health and wellbeing, listen to live music, try new food, be entertained, compete in sporting events, join a society or simply take part in something new.

All the events will take place on one of our campuses in Exeter and Cornwall and we’ll be working hard to keep you safe throughout the events by operating an events booking system and ensuring we adhere to the latest Government guidance on COVID-security.

You can book your events now. For many events booking will be essential. Please remember to check your timetable before booking events as some discipline activities may be included in your student timetable.

The Festival of Discovery is subject to the latest Government regulations and guidelines relating to COVID-19 and our first priority is keeping all our students and staff safe whilst on campus.  Should Government regulations or guidance change, meaning it is not possible for the Festival of Discovery to go ahead, we will advise you as soon as possible.
