Booking an appointment

In order to book an appointment with us, please get in touch as below.

If you are a current student:

1. Fill out our Health and Disability Declaration Form and upload relevant medical evidence if available. 

2. Contact us to book your appointment. You can either:

- Phone us - give the AccessAbility team a call on 01392 723880. The team will ask you a few questions to ensure you receive the correct support and will be happy to book you in for an appointment.

- Email us - email accessability@exeter.ac.uk with a range of dates and times you will be available for an appointment. Please note in your email if you have specific contact needs that we should bear in mind.

You are welcome to book an appointment for general advice and guidance without filling out our Health and Disability Disclosure Form, but please be aware that we will be unable to put support measures in place for you without disclosure and relevant medical evidence.
