Private sector accommodation
Some students prefer the option of living off campus. There is a variety of private sector accommodation available in Penryn, Falmouth and surrounding areas from lodgings and studio apartments to shared houses and flats. The Private Sector Liaison Officer, based within the Accommodation Office team, can give you detailed advice and support in finding the right place to live.
We also run an interactive online resource of private rented accommodation called 'Cornwall Student Pad' which includes a database of available student properties. We run house-hunting sessions and accommodation fairs. For more information please visit the Private Sector pages on the FX Plus site.
