Why did you decide that Exeter was the best place to study?

The University is part of the Russell Group and it is one of the best universities for my course.  I also really like the scenery.

Describe your typical day at Exeter

I go for lectures in the moning, study in the library with friends and have dinner with friends.

What are the best aspects of studying within your department?

The modules are really interesting and engaging.

How would you describe the vibe on campus?

Vibrant and active.

What activities are you taking part in?

I am the general secretary at the Singapore Society and really enjoy it.

What particular skills are you gaining from this experience, will this help you in your choice of career?

The depth and breadth of the modules in Psychology allow me to have experiences in many different aspects of the field but also gives me the freedom to choose things I'm interested in, especially in the 3rd year.

What is the best thing about living in Exeter?

The pace. It gives me a nice balance between studying and socialising.

Would you recommend Exeter to your friends?

Yes.

Was there anything about your experiences at Exeter that surprised you?

How easy it is to be independent.

What advice would you give students planning on coming to the University of Exeter?

Have an open mind and don't be afraid to assert yourself.

Yes.
