Through internships and volunteering experiences Think Pacific create a cultural exchange which fosters learning, understanding, equality and respect. You’ll make small contributions to existing local initiatives, guided by local people in a structure of collaboration.
Through a 1-month program in Partnership with Fijian Ministry of Youth and Sports you will spend your time on projects based in rural, untouched communities of Fiji experiencing a vibrant culture inspiring children through education, youth and sports activities. This program provides you with the opportunity to make unique friendships with Fijians of similar age to you and work on projects together to encourage long-term activities. Operation Wallacea run field surveys in biodiversity research expeditions, biodiversity and cilmate change field training courses and wildlife and culture experiences. There are expeditions ranging from 1-6 weeks in multiple locations and with varying focuses.
