Accessing Wellbeing Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Wellbeing Services are open and available to support you during the pandemic, wherever you are. It is more important than ever to access support during such a worrying and uncertain time.
We are carrying out appointments online or by telephone wherever possible. We will confirm this with you when booking your appointment; please check your emails for the details of your appointment and ensure you have an up-to-date UK telephone number on the Student Record System (you can check this via iExeter).
Please do not come to an appointment in person unless agreed with your practitioner.
We have a number of teams within Wellbeing Services that are here to support you. Please read our Wellbeing Services summary leaflet to help you decide how to get in touch.

If you are living in on-campus accommodation you can access support from our Residence Life team, who offer an online chat service every day from 18:00 – 21:00 on the page below:

If you are a new student joining us in the next academic year (2021/22), you can set up support prior to your arrival by filling out our Prospective Student online form below:
This will allow you to give us details of any support you have had in the past and upload relevant medical evidence or diagnostic reports. We can then get in touch with you to discuss any teaching or exam adjustments you may need, and to set up an Individual Learning Plan. We recommend you get in touch with us as soon as possible to ensure that your support can be set up in advance of your arrival and relevant adjustment deadlines.
