Alex Williams, a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, has recently delivered a series of lunchtime talks designed to tackle some common causes of stress and anxiety. Open to all students and staff, the talks tackled issues such as how to be less critical of yourself and dealing with relationship break ups. Alex Williams has 11 years’ experience in the mental health arena, and has a passion for empowering individuals and helping them to make positive changes in their lives.
