We arrange cover for the University’s buildings, contents, equipment and motor vehicles in addition to insuring activities undertaken by staff and students on behalf of the University, including overseas travel. We provide advice on these insurance policies and whether your activities are covered as standard or require referral to insurers.
We manage the reporting to Council, VCEG and Audit Committee of progress with Audit Recommendations agreed with the internal auditors.
We manage the reporting of Corporate, College and Professional Services risks to Council, VCEG, Audit Committee, and the University's Dual Assurance Groups. We also provide advice, tools and guidance for colleagues responsible for managing or reporting risk across the University.
