Leaders in Teacher Training

Becoming a teacher will lead to an exciting and rewarding career. Quality teachers are highly sought after, and choosing the right teacher training programme is an important step in ensuring a successful career.

Our flexible PGCE programmes have been designed to allow you to progress at your own rate and ensure your development is structured and supported, building from foundational knowledge about teaching and learning to skilled application in the classroom. Our trainees are also supported by excellent teachers in partner schools across the region, and by university tutors who are experienced teachers and experts in their field. You will be placed in at least two schools during the course and all our Partnership Schools have specially Exeter-trained mentors who will assist you in learning to teach.

Funding available
