Bioinformatics support

The Exeter University Sequencing Facility offers tailored bioinformatics support. Included in our standard procedure, we run multiple control checks; all the reports are attached to our laboratory information management system to encourage reproducibility and ease of access.   

As part of The University of Exeter we are at the epicenter of knowledge, ideas, and new tools. Our team members have experience in a variety of different types of analysis, including but not limited to de-novo-assembly, RNA differential expression, and single-cell analysis, we are always expanding our capabilities and we are able to provide bespoke support even after data delivery.
