The Forum Student Services Centre

The new Student Services Centre in the Forum brings together 11 support services under one roof to make them easily accessible for students.

The Student Services Team is committed to supporting and enhancing the learning and living experience of University of Exeter Students.

The Student Services Centre houses the new Student Information Desk, Careerzone, Guild Advice Unit and IT Helpdesk in addition to a PC Touchdown area, twelve interview and consulting rooms, and training suite.

When you visit the Forum, the Student Information Desk is your first port of call for all questions you may have regarding the vast array of Student Services offered by the University:

  • Funding Opportunities, 
  • Unicard,
  • Accommodation,
  • Study Skills Support,
  • Status Letters,
  • Disability Support,
  • International Student Support,
  • Multi-Faith Chaplaincy,
  • Health and Wellbeing,
  • Exams,
  • Graduation.

The Student Information Desk can also make appointments on your behalf with representatives from these specialist teams and has an online enquiry system, SIDonline, where you can search our FAQ knowledgebase as well as ask a question online at anytime!

The new Career Zone acts the central point for all careers related activities to include meeting employers, searching for jobs and getting careers advice and has an online system called MyCareerzone, where you can search our FAQ knowledgebase as well as ask a question online at anytime!

The Guild Advice Unit offers free, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues, including housing, finance, and academic related matters.

The IT Helpdesk the first point of contact for supported computer hardware, software, IT account or other IT related issues.
