Our campuses
Depending on your choice of degree, you may be based at our Streatham Campus or St Luke’s Campus in Exeter, or at our Penryn Campus in Cornwall.

"As a university town, which uniquely caters to students, I have found plenty of opportunities to become immersed in my community at Exeter. Apart from my Law course, I’ve found ways to enjoy my time here, which have included participating in student-led societies. I have been a member of the Asian Society, African Caribbean Society, and Muay Thai, as well as become part of the committee of both BAME Law (now BIPOC Society) and the Law Society.

"During my first year I stayed in Lafrowda which is often the first choice among students as it is five minutes away from campus. The application for getting accommodation is really convenient using the University’s website as I was able to list the five choices of accommodation along with the type of rooms that I preferred. Living in Lafrowda made me feel like being a part of a community as I managed to meet people that are really nice and friendly.
The most important part for me as an international student is to be opened up to different encounters whether this is the people you meet or the practices of your flatmates. I definitely made the most out of my university life during my first year of study!"

"I returned to education for a multitude of reasons. The pandemic for one but I’d also been diagnosed with a chronic health condition, and couldn’t continue my career path. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to transfer my qualifications, but I spoke to an adviser and realised I could. Medical Sciences is a very academic course but enough of it looked like I had relevant experience.
I’ve had a lot of support; I’m a bit blown away by it. The mature student provision has been amazing, signposting me to services like AccessAbility which has been really helpful. Somebody rang me before I started to ask if I had any questions. To know the University wanted me there was massive. Things like getting my timetable early so I can plan childcare helps level the playing field.
My favourite thing is the sense of achievement from doing something that I didn’t fully think I was capable of. I’m in swinging distance of a first, coming back to education after 12 years. It feels like being atypical isn’t a problem."
