New student residences

Our new student residences, East Park, Moberly, and Spreytonway are being developed as part of our ongoing commitment to provide the very best experiences for our students.

These residences will provide approximately 1,580 new student bedrooms to accommodate more students on our Streatham Campus and reduce pressure on the city’s accommodation.

We will be working with our accommodation partner University Partnerships Programme (UPP) to deliver these new residences. UPP and the University have worked together since 2009 and during this time UPP has delivered and operated over 2,500 on-campus residences. Following the completion of East Park, Moberly, and Spreytonway, UPP will operate over 4,000 rooms on the University's campuses.

All the new residences will provide high-quality accommodation for our students, in walking distance of lectures, the library and education support services, as well as the Students’ Union and our excellent sports facilities. Each residence will also provide accessible accommodation, cycle storage, and spaces to socialise and study.

You can find out more information about East Park, Moberly, and Spreytonway on the individual project pages.
