Booking The Forum - external customers

There are a range of versatile and unique spaces to book within the Forum.

Students and Staff

Please use the online form to book table space within the Forum Street.

To book a meeting or lecture space please use the room booking request system.

External customers

If you are external to the University and wish to book the Forum for a function, conference or an event of any kind please speak to one of our dedicated event coordinators on 0300 555 0214 or email the Event Exeter Team.
