Online launch of Ross Carroll’s book on Uncivil Mirth: Ridicule in Enlightenment Britain, published by Princeton University Press.
This will be a roundtable-style event featuring comments from Emily Nacol (Toronto), Daniel Kapust (Wisconsin, Madison), and Robin Douglass (KCL). There will also be time for questions from the audience.
