Eligibility |
| 1.1 |
Regulation 1 for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy shall apply. |

Regulation 2.1 for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy shall apply. |

Conditions of Study |
| 3.1 |
Candidates will be registered as full-time students for a period of three years. |

Continued Registration |
| 4.1 |
(a) The continued registration of candidates is subject to satisfactory progress in examinations and other assessments and requirements of the course. |

(b) Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy shall apply. |

Assessment |
| 5.1 |
(a) Candidates shall be required to complete all examination requirements and other assessments of the course. |
| |
(b) Each candidate shall submit a thesis of 15,000 to the Course Director by 1 May of the final year of the course in accordance with the syllabus requirements. |

(c) A viva voce examination shall normally be held. |
| |
(d) Regulation 7.9 for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy shall apply. |
