This session explores the nature of organisational change, why it is essential for long-term success, and how individuals and teams can respond effectively.

Participants will examine the emotional impact of change, gaining insight into common reactions and learning strategies to manage uncertainty and resistance.

The session also focuses on building adaptability and resilience, helping individuals develop the confidence and flexibility needed to thrive during periods of transition.

Finally, attendees will explore practical approaches to supporting colleagues through change, fostering engagement, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for teams and organisations.
