Programme Manager

I joined the University in 2015 as Change Manager for the Future Finance project. I joined the SDU in August 2017, responsible for coordinating and directing multiple projects and change activities to deliver strategic change outcomes and benefits. This includes all aspects from managing risks, budgets and activities, to ensuring we engage and involve those impacted by change in the process; ensuring change is a positive experience and that it embeds into the business as usual organisation.

Prior to joining the university I worked mostly in the water industry (South West Water, Severn Trent Water and Scottish Water), implementing change as both a project manager/consultant and as an operational manager as well as working at Falmouth University.
