Our wellbeing training opportunities are designed to help colleagues build the knowledge, skills and confidence to support their own wellbeing, look out for the wellbeing of fellow colleagues, and better understand how to support students who may be experiencing challenges.

Whether you work directly with students, manage a team, or simply want to be a supportive colleague, our range of workshops and learning opportunities can help you recognise when someone may need support, have supportive conversations, and understand the resources and services available.
