Future Leaders Summer School
Delivered by the University of Exeter Business School in partnership with the University of Exeter’s Environment and Sustainability Institute at our Penryn Campus in Cornwall. The Future Leaders Summer School is designed to equip students with the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to become a future leader in the modern workplace.
It is a playful, yet purposeful summer school programme. Combining learning from experts in the areas of leadership and management, sustainability, work and digital technology with business visits, day trips and lots of social activity.
The realities of work have changed, but change presents opportunity! Global warming, LLM generative AI, hybrid working, gig and platform work all bring unique challenges, but they also give rise to creative solutions and successful business models.
Courageous, compassionate, and capable leaders can drive change, and help businesses balance urgency and possibility. If you aspire to lead your chosen industry towards innovation while making a positive impact, the Future Leaders Summer School is for you. We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to Penryn!
