Point Exe is home to 241 students in total and is just 15 minutes walk from the University's Streatham campus and the City Centre. It is close to the student village at St David’s where facilities include a newsagents, coffee shop and hair salon. The Line 4 Bus also connects St David's to both Streatham and St Luke's campuses via the city centre and discounted termly student bus tickets are available. In 2026/27 we will be allocating Year 1 undergraduate students to 221 en-suite rooms sharing a kitchen/diner in cluster flats of between 5 and 6 students. The en-suite facilities consist of an enclosed shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror. The rooms we have secured are in whole flats within the residence.

The height of the storage space under the bed is a maximum of 27cm.
