Professional Pathways

What is it?

The Professional Pathways programme is a suite of sector specific training courses and paid 35 hour internships that take place in June.

Training is delivered by industry experts, to provide you with a firm grounding in the relevant sector. Following the employer-led training, you will undertake a paid 35 hour internship. Due to COVID-19, we will be making a few changes to the 2021 programme. Please note: Pathways to Data Analytics is a separately funded Pathway, run through the Q-Step Centre team. Dates and timings for this Pathway are therefore different, and for further details you can contact the team at

How to apply

If you are interested in applying for the 2021 programme, please register your interest here. Final details and plans for next year's programme will be confirmed shortly.

When applying, students should demonstrate the following attributes:
