Student Immigration Services works to support the recruitment of international students to the University. We also provide advice and support to our international students from the point of application through to the completion of their studies.

Immigration Compliance
Immigration Compliance oversee compliance with the Home Office’s requirements for Student visa sponsors, including engagement monitoring, reporting changes of circumstance to UKVI and checking that all students have continuing valid immigration permission. They also act as a source of advice and guidance to staff on matters relating to sponsor compliance and immigration.

CAS Team
The CAS team is responsible for issuing Confirmations of Acceptance for Study (CAS) to new students who need to apply for a Student visa. See further information on the CAS process.

International Student Support Office
International Student Support are the University’s specialist immigration advisers. They deliver immigration advice and support to all new and continuing students, advise staff on immigration matters for students, and contribute to immigration policy development in the University.
