You will learn: 

  • The importance of specifications 
  • How to design and run a test plan
  • How to present findings so issues are resolved

Business Analyst

You will learn: 

  • How to understand and document the business-need
  • How to perform stakeholder management
  • How to gather and manage technical and non-technical requirements​
  • How to use the BA “toolkit” of diagrams and techniques appropriately to lead to an effective outcome
  • How business analysis provides value to the business

  • Experience in any and many parts of the organisation
  • Using architectural artefact management software
  • Using diagramming software to create artefacts
  • Internationally recognised BA accreditation options
Project Coordinator

You will learn: 

  • How business cases are prepared and approved
  • Project management skills and processes
  • Importance of governance in project management
  • Risk management and reporting

Associate Solutions Architect

You will learn: 

  • How architecture structures IT Services
  • Role of technical design in projects and developments
