Profile

I am currently working with academics in the ESI as a Graduate Business Partner (GBP), working in a Research Impact Coordinator role.

I have recently completed a Masters by Research degree in the ESI, working under the supervision of Dr Ros Shaw and Professor Juliet Osborne. My research has investigated pollinator community ecology, in terms of both pollination service provision and impacts of climate change. This took place as part of the Wessex Biodiversity and Ecosystem Service (BESS) project, a wider consortium looking at biodiversity and the provision of multiple ecosystem services in current and future lowland multifunctional landscapes.

I am due to begin a PhD in September 2017, looking at hedges and road verges as habitat networks for biodiversity, pollination and nutrient cycling. This project will be in collaboration with the Cornwall AONB unit.
