Dr Daniel Cox

Research Fellow

Profile

My research uses an interdisciplinary approach to investigate the relationship between urban nature and human health and wellbeing. I apply theory based on ecology, the health sciences and social science to quantify the health and wellbeing benefits provided by different biological components of green space, and to understand how these benefits flow around the landscape. I coordinate Professor Kevin Gaston's research group.

I am a member of the Environment and Sustainability Institute.
