Time is structured into a series of work and discussion slots, to encourage productivity and sharing of practice. These sessions allow you to block out protected time for whatever you need to work on. About this Session: It follows a model where:. - An informal, dedicated support space is created, in one virtual room, for you to be able to work without distractions. - Time is structured into a series of working and discussion slots. - The opportunity to learn from each other, share strategies, experiences, working goals and best practice is actively encouraged and facilitated. The group's aim is not only to create dedicated working space, but also to create a community of practice through discussing experiences and sharing learning. Our time will be structured as follows (there may be some flexibility around these timings):. 10.00 - 10.05 - Quick introductions from attendees. 10.05 - 10.25 - 20 minute working slot to get us warmed up! 10.25 - 10.30 - break. 10.30 - 11.15 - 45 minute working slot. 11.15 - 11.20 - break. 11.20 - 12.05 - 45 minute working slot. 12.05 - 12.10 - break. 12.10 - 12.30 - a final 20 minute block, if we can manage it! Who should attend this session:. This online session is open to all ECRs (members of staff on a `Research Only' contract graded E-G inclusive) and Academics.
