I joined the University in September 2015 as Project Manager for the Business Intelligence project, part of Transformation. The project delivered a dozen key strategic report products to the business supporting evidence based decision making whilst simultaneously changing the way the team operates. The legacy is an Agile/Scrum delivery unit, new governance structure representing interests across the University and upgraded IT hardware and software infrastructure.

Other projects and initiatives I am/have been involved with include: Effective Learning Analytics; ePDR; EdTech Exeter; Project Medicine.

Prior to joining the University I spent 4 years in IT and management consulting with Accenture and then as general manager for an SME in the South West in the construction industry. My final roles before joining the University were within Kingfisher Plc. working in retail project management supporting the strategic development of their energy efficiency business.
