Campus tours are designed to act as an introduction to the campuses and show you the main buildings. For all of our campuses we offer both guided campus tours and self-guided walking tour leaflets that allow you to tour the campus independently. Guided tours are usually conducted by current students.
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book your place early to avoid disappointment.
Campus tours at our Exeter campuses
Campus tours take place at both the Streatham and St Luke’s campuses. If you are interested in studying Exercise and Sport Sciences, please arrange a tour of the St Luke’s Campus. If you are interested in Human Biosciences, Medical Sciences or Sport Science and Psychology you may wish choose to tour both campuses as these programmes are taught across both campuses. If you’ve already applied to Exeter and you are offered a place, you’ll be invited to an Offer-Holder Visit Day during the spring term.
Tours of the Streatham Campus take place on weekdays during term-time. A limited number of tours will be available outside of term-time, except during the Christmas and Easter holidays. The tours generally include a visit to the Library, the Sports Park, Student Services Centre and the Students’ Guild.

Book a tour
Campus tours enable you to see the campus facilities and view the halls of residence; they run every Wednesday and Friday afternoon at 13:30 and last for an hour and a half. Sometimes it is possible to arrange meetings with undergraduate and postgraduate academic staff either before or after your campus tour, subject to their availability. If you would like to do this once you have completed your campus tour booking form then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, with your request.
If you have any queries about visiting our Penryn Campus, please contact us on:

For details about how to get to the Penryn Campus please visit our How to find us page.
Half Term Visit Days
We run Half Term Visits in both the February and October Half Terms. These days are designed to give you a flavour of what life at the Penryn Campus is like, and find out a bit more about the course; the visit includes a campus tour, chance to speak to an academic from the department you are interested in, and a short admissions and student life talk.
Bookings for these visits will be available approximately 6 weeks before the event is due to take place, so please check back here for more information and how to book.
There are a number of very good hotels and B&Bs in the Falmouth and Penryn area. Details of accommodation near the Penryn Campus and places to eat can be downloaded from our website. In addition you can find information about local accommodation at VisitCornwall.
Students from Overseas
As an international student we understand that it can be difficult to coordinate a visit from your country to coincide with one of our Open Days, Visit Days or Campus Tours, therefore we will always endeavour to organise a tour of the campus outside of our usual opportunities to visit. Please contact us directly and let us know the best day and time for you to visit.
We have virtual tours available for various locations on all our campuses: Streatham and St Luke’s campuses in Exeter and our Penryn Campus, near Falmouth in Cornwall.
You can also view some of the accommodation that is currently available at the Streatham, St Luke’s and Cornwall campuses as well as some tours of Exeter city.
Visit the virtual tours section of our main site.

We are aiming to have new audio tours available in early 2017.
