We support teams across the University to design, build and maintain accessible digital products and services, ensuring they meet legal requirements and provide inclusive experiences for all users.

Our services span the full product lifecycle - from early advice on procurement, design and content, through to testing, build support and ongoing governance. We offer accessibility reviews, design system guidance, and both automated and manual testing to help teams identify and resolve issues effectively.

We also support accessible procurement, provide guidance on policy and standards, and help teams prioritise and manage accessibility improvements over time. Through reporting and insights, we enable service owners and leadership to understand performance and drive continuous improvement.
