Career

Before joining Exeter, Adam has worked as a senior sales leader and sales person, providing OSINT data & analysis, consultation services, and SaaS solutions to the Defence, Maritime, Education, and Government sectors. Key accounts included; Lockheed Martin, Babcock, BMT, International Maritime Organisation, AP Moller Mearsk, Man Diesel, Kongsberg, etc.

With experience in managing relationships with Global Fortune 100 companies down to small start ups, Adam has experience in handling all stages of the relationship and sales cycle with a focus on longterm partnerships.

Adam's core skills reside in relationship management, negotiation, networking, tendering, and much more.

Outside of work, Adam is an enthusiastic hockey player, team captain and committee member. Helping instill good practise, collaborative culture, and creating an inclusive environment.
