Overview

Enabling students and regional businesses to develop and thrive, by matching companies with teams of leading intrapreneurial students who work together to share their diverse skills and fresh perspectives through short project placements as part of the SETsquared Intrapreneurial Knowledge Exchange Enterprise Pathway (IKEEP) Programme, led by the University of Exeter.

I love developing and managing projects that enable students to become change makers, delivering real world impact to the regional business community.

Career

Passionate about enabling a mindset for responsible and sustainable innovation, I previously worked as part of the Student Startup team at the University of Exeter. Before that, I developed and managed the Be Entrepreneurial Take Action student business start-up support programme for the University of Plymouth's Business School 2014-2018, ran international hackathons and supported TEDx Plymouth University events.

Having previously run my own design business in the UK and having worked abroad for Comic Relief,  I am passionate about: entrepreneurial education, enabling knowledge exchange, supporting SME’s, Environmental Political Economy and the need for a circular economy.

My role is full-time, working 08:30 through 18:00, working flexibly to take off one Friday per fortnight.
