I work in the Enterprise and Innnovation team managing the Ideas Hub, an access and triage point for academic engagement with Knowledge Exchange. Find out more at www.exeter.ac.uk/ideas-hub 

Profile

I have a background in intellectual property working in copyright and licensing internationally for over a decade in the publishing industry. I subsequently moved to the British Library where I managed major content partnerships, developing digitisation programmes and online subscription products with academic publishers, the genealogy industry and Google.

I joined the university in 2017 supporting engagement with the government's Industrial Strategy. More recently I have been responsible for developing and improving systems to support the IIB directorate in relationship and information management, including managing a project to upgrade the CRM system iEngage.
