- Leadership and accountability—commitment, decision-making, engagement, and sponsorship
- Enabling Environments—policies, practices, education, and resources
- Digital Gender Gap—advancing women and girls in technology, improving access and online safety

Women in Conservation Conference
Wednesday 8 March 2023 (18:00 - 20:30 GMT)
DDM Lecture Theatre A/B, University of Exeter, Penryn Campus
What's it like to be female in the conservation sector? Has gender played a role in the journeys of women in conservation? After three hugely successful events since 2020, the Women in Conservation conference is back for 2023!
The International Women’s Day theme this year is #EmbraceEquity, so our conference will focus on the experiences and challenges that have shaped the careers of inspirational women working in the conservation sector, and inspire our audience to Grow for the Future. Come and network with like-minded individuals and hear stories from a range of international and local female conservationists working towards shaping a greener future.
This event is organised by students at the University of Exeter, but is open for all to attend, either in-person or online:
