Programme Design and Quality Enhancement

The Programme Design and Quality Enhancement (PDQE) Team works in partnership with Faculties across all curriculum activities. The Team’s support extends from Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught provision to Postgraduate Research (credit-bearing and non-credit-bearing) activity.

Providing a portfolio development and quality assurance service, the Team offer a coordinated approach to the development and ongoing management of programmes and modules to support the delivery of the University’s strategic priorities. PDQE brings together relevant expertise from across the institution to guide colleagues in designing, amending, and maintaining high-quality, market-aligned and efficient curriculum. Its advice and guidance covers all types of provision, including online, degree apprenticeships and transnational education.
