Event details
Coastal communities in Cornwall and around the world are places where there are significant threats and opportunities for the human population and the environments in which we live. On one hand, our coastal environments can provide excellent opportunities for recreation, healthy and sustainable food and good quality of life. On the other, these places are under threat from rapid environmental and social change, and present specific challenges for public health and wellbeing. In this event we will explore these issues in the context of research and collaborations in Cornwall and globally.

This will be a hybrid event and interested participants outside the ESI can join us on MS Teams. Please email esidirector@exeter.ac.uk for the link.
We are proud to be celebrating the ESI’s first decade of successful operation and are holding a series of events to mark #esi10 throughout this academic year.
