Louise Asprey is a UK barrister at St John’s Chambers, specialising in personal injury, clinical negligence, and inquests. A 2006 Exeter graduate in Law with European Studies, she was called to the Bar in 2007. Louise enjoys advocacy, supporting clients through difficult moments, and the independence of self‑employment. Her year abroad in Strasbourg and wide-ranging experiences have shaped her career, and she continues to grow her practice at St John’s Chambers.

Tom Bosundy-O'Brien

Tom Bonsundy‑O’Bryan is a UK-based policy and global affairs specialist who currently works on AI and public policy at Meta and serves as a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council. A former British diplomat and UN political adviser, he has worked across conflict‑affected regions including Jerusalem, Kabul, and Kinshasa, focusing on conflict, human rights, and peace processes. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard and graduated top of his International Relations class at the University of Exeter.

Grace Pilsbury

Grace Pilsbury is a Senior Sales Manager for CEE & Greece at Sony Pictures Entertainment, working in film and television distribution. A 2016 Exeter graduate in English, she began her path into the industry after a two‑week scholarship at Sky and now focuses on building strong client relationships. During her time at Exeter, she produced The Exeter Revue, including a run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2015, and credits her analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to convey information concisely, as key to her career. She plans to continue developing her career within distribution at Sony.

Louise Julin

Louise Julin is the Global Head of Sanctions Risk and Advisory at Goldman Sachs, where she leads sanctions compliance within Financial Crime Compliance. After graduating from Exeter in 2013 with a degree in Politics and Arabic, she worked in Amman for a legal NGO, completed her law conversion in London, and earned an LLM at Tufts. Her research on U.S. extraterritorial law led her into financial crime compliance, first at HSBC in New York before joining Goldman Sachs in 2020.

Amanda Chaboryk

Amanda Chaboryk is a Client Services Director at Epiq, working in the Collective Actions and Restructuring team where she manages fund administration in the fast‑growing UK collective actions space. Originally from Toronto and a law graduate of the University of Exeter, she has built a career at the intersection of law and technology, focusing on how tech can expand access to justice. She also teaches Legal Technology in Practice at King’s College London.

Craig Browne

Craig Browne is an Arabic and Middle East Studies graduate from the University of Exeter (2013) who works with the UN World Food Programme across Iraq, Libya, and Palestine. His career has focused on humanitarian operations, development programmes, and refugee support, including leading job‑creation and agricultural initiatives in Libya. Now based in Tunisia, he has also co‑founded the Taa Marbouta Language Centre, teaching Arabic and other regional languages to NGO, embassy, and university learners.

Luke Pollard is a British politician and University of Exeter Politics graduate (2001) who has served as the Labour & Co‑operative MP for Plymouth Sutton & Devonport since 2017, winning re‑election in 2019 and 2024. Born and raised in Plymouth, he is the city’s first locally born MP since Michael Foot. Pollard has held several senior roles, including Shadow Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and in 2025 was appointed Minister of State in the Ministry of Defence.

Caroline Lucas is a British politician, writer, and campaigner best known as the UK’s first Green Party MP, representing Brighton Pavilion from 2010 to 2024. Before entering Parliament, she served for ten years as a Member of the European Parliament for South East England. A University of Exeter alumna, she has been a leading voice on climate, nature, education, and the arts, earning multiple national awards for her activism.
