Ask me about the work I do with Clients

I work as a leadership coach and mentor, primarily with charity chief executives and academics. Having been a charity chief executive for many years, I aim to provide the kind of space which I valued – a safe space away from bus working lives, time for vital reflection and a quality of attention designed to create conversations rich in learning and insights.

Other work I do includes – facilitation of Away Days, reflective practice sessions for managers, facilitation of an ongoing group for charity leaders, consultation (e.g. on strategy, restructuring, partnerships, governance) and interim chief executive work.

Ask me about the work I do with the ExCL /Business School

I am a Fellow of the Exeter Centre for Leadership at the university. I teach on the Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship.  I have taught on the MBA.

Tell me everything about

  • How you can make a difference in your organisation and beyond.
  • What motivates you and what keeps you awake at night.
  • What are the underlying assumptions and barriers which are getting in the way of your (and your organisation’s) vision and values.

Here is what you should know about working with me

I have always been interested in creating spaces to support people to find their truth, develop presence and reach their potential. I have worked with people my whole career.  I initially trained as a social worker and counsellor and have worked for several organisations across the public, not-for-profit and education sector. Whilst chief executive, I completed an MBA, specialising in leadership.  I have a diploma in transformational coaching. Core to my work are my fundamental values of compassion, presence and integrity.
