Our induction webpage, is here to give you help and advice when starting as a Early Career Researcher (ECR) here at the University of Exeter. Induction is your chance to hear about all the support and services available to you as a member of staff.  

For those on Research only contracts information on progression can be found on the Exeter Academic webpages. These webpages are regularly updated with the latest information regarding the progression process. Including information on:

Performance Development Review (PDR) conversations are a great opportunity to pause, reflect and begin to think about the next steps, as well as making time to consider your wellbeing and to recognise your current and future workload.
