Pay my tuition fees in instalments

Paying your tuition fees in automated instalments

Important: Online courses information

We cannot create an automated payment plan for online courses. Courses should be paid in full before the course begins. Please choose to pay with a credit/ debit card or bank transfer with Flywire or Convera.

You can use your credit or debit card to pay your tuition fees in instalments, similar to a direct debit.

Payments are taken from your credit or debit card automatically, so once the payment plan has been created, manual payments are not required.

We are only able to accept Visa and Mastercard for automated payments.

There are different payment plans available depending on your level of study and start date. For an overview of the plans available, please see our Paying your tuition fees in automated instalments guide.

Once you have successfully completed all the steps within the link above, your payment plan will be reviewed and a confirmation emails will be sent to the card holder to confirm the amounts and due dates. The payment plan will reflect on the students online statement shortly after the confirmation email has been sent.

Payments will automatically be attempted on the due dates advised.

Should a payment fail (for example, insufficient funds) a second automated payment attempt will be made five days later.

Should this second payment fail, we ask you make a one-off payment to bring the instalment plan up to date. Further instructions on how to do this will be sent via email to the card holder.
