Female Direction: The Podcast 

Female Direction is a podcast looking at the impact of the gender of the director on the production of a film. During the week, they recorded their first episode and set out their plans for two more, both of which discuss a general topic before delving into a couple of case studies. For the first episode, this was looking at the male gaze, followed by discussions about the James Bond movies, Little Women and Ladybird (directed by Greta Gerwig). The group produced a poster and an Instagram account to publicise their podcast, featuring a variety of facts about female directors. You can listen to the podcast here.
