SHAPE

SHAPE, or Sexual Harassment Awareness Programme for Everyone, is an organisation working in schools to prevent and raise awareness of sexual harassment with a gender inclusive education programme. The group split up their educational programme by topic (such as ‘online abuse’ and ‘being followed’) and by year group, to ensure that their content was age-appropriate.They produced a syllabus plan and presentation for Year 7 along with some teacher guidance to go along with this as a key part of their programme was ensuring that teachers are trained in handling these delicate topics, and this support also included attending their first session and being on call for support. SHAPE year 7 presentation
