Track your application

Once you have submitted an accommodation application you will be able to track its progress online by logging in to your accommodation account and visiting the Applications section. Here you will see your application with one of the following statuses:

Status

Description

COMPLETE BUT NOT SUBMITTED

You have saved your application, which you can amend before submitting. Please note that you need to submit your application for it to be considered for allocation.

SUBMITTED

You have submitted your application: it will be considered for allocation in due course.  You may review your application, however, you will be unable to make any amendments.

PROCESSING

Your application is being considered.

PROVISIONAL Your application is being considered and a bed space has been provisionally allocated to you.

Once you have been made an accommodation offer you can track its status in the 'offer information' section of your accommodation account not the 'application information' section. Here one of the following statuses will show:

Description

OFFERED – AWAITING RESPONSE

You have been made an offer of accommodation, which you are yet to respond to. An expiry date of between 3-5 days is given. Please see our 'how to accept an accommodation offer' video for further information.

ACCEPTED – AWAIT DEPOSIT

You have accepted the offer of accommodation but have not yet paid the £300.00 accommodation deposit*.
*Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for your deposit to register on our system.

CONFIRMED

You have accepted the offer of accommodation and paid the deposit. Your room is now secured.

OFFER REJECTED

You have rejected the offer of accommodation.
