There are three types of external affiliations with ExCL: Fellows, Partners and Alumni.
| Fellows | Fellows are strategic leadership experts who provide an advisory role to ExCL and who organise corporate engagement, partnership activities and student employability opportunities. See our fellows |
| Executive Education | The Exeter Leadership Partners are organisations who participate in high-profile ExCL programmes for the public, private and voluntary sectors. |
| Alumni | Alumni are all past and present members of ExCL, including research and teaching faculty, associates, all external groups, including former students and participants. |
