| Description | Theme: Personal Effectiveness Category: Developing Yourself and Your Career About this course: This session will give you the latest advice on preparing a CV and application form for jobs in Higher Education. You will learn how recruiters assess CVs and Application Forms, and the best ways to write a Supporting Statement which showcases the requirements of the person specification. Staff can book onto this session using the button at the bottom of the page or simply turn up on the day. However the event will be run on a first come first served basis, therefore once the room is full we will not be able to take more learners. No joining instructions will be sent out for this session.
Learning outcomes: As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:. - Prepare a CV. - Prepare an application form. - Write a supporting statement.
Who should attend this course: This session is open to all staff. All University of Exeter staff can book onto this session however the session will only be running in Streatham.
