Finance: Purchase Card Training for New Cardholders and New Reconcilers
| Description | About this course: This online Teams training session is mandatory for new purchase card applicants and new reconcilers and is part of the application process. Please only book this course if you have been asked to attend by Finance Services. Book onto a date below and you will be sent a Teams calendar invitation shortly before the session.. The briefing will be followed by a demonstration of how to use T1 to record transactions and allocate to cost codes.
Learning outcomes: As a result of attending this course, you will understand:. 1) The University's purchase card policy and the terms and conditions of being a card holder or reconciler. 2) The application process with HSBC. 3 )How to set up and use HSBC's online card management system, called MiVision. 4) How to use T1 to reconcile the card statements.
