Finance: Changes to T1 Reconciliation Process for Existing Purchase Card Holders and Reconcilers
| Description | About this course: This online Teams training session demonstrates the new reconciliation process for HSBC purchase card transactions, coming into effect in T1 from 3rd July 2023. This new method will replace all current versions of the reconciliation process so is mandatory for all existing purchase cardholders and reconcilers to attend. Please book onto a date below and you will be sent a Teams calendar invitation shortly before the session.
Learning outcomes: As a result of attending this course, you will understand:. 1) The transition arrangements reconcilers must carry out to prepare for the new process. 2) What new actions cardholders will need to undertake to support the new process. 3 ) What changes reconcilers will see to how and where new HSBC purchase card transactions will appear in T1 from 3rd July.
Who should attend this course: All existing purchase cardholders and reconcilers.
